Lukas Wagner
Born1995
Lukas has been associated with the Art School since September 2017, and has over the years experimented with many different materials and techniques. He has slowly come to his very own pictorial expression.
Lukas is inspired by experiences on his way and images he finds on the Internet, which he transforms into his very own imaginative expression. He is immersed and persistent in his work processes, where he uses structures and rituals both to build a work, but also to keep track of his tools and materials.
He has a special recurring desire / urge to draw a building, especially high-rise buildings, as well as to add a small text to the work, which often tells something about the motif.
Lukas also often returns to certain motives of, for example, people
who matter to him. At the same time, many of his works also reflect
a curiosity about the world and current events in society.
Has worked in the following techniques; watercolour, acrylic, sewing, linoleum print, liquid markers, Posca Markers, Crochet, Ceramics and papier mache sculpture.
